My B-12 levels were low on recent lab work, so my doctor suggested sublingual B-12. My latest labs showed that my B-12 levels were perfect! My doctor wanted me to take the vitamin B12 in sublingual form because more is absorbed than taking it in pill form. The price point on these were great so I purchased two bottles. Excellent Product
I have been taking Methylcobalamin B-12 for over a year based on the recommendation of my gastroenterologist who advised this was a superior and more effective product that regular B-12. He advised the body must transform regular B-12 to the methyl form to be absorbed effectively. Piping Rock had this product at a much lower price than what I had been paying, and I have no reason to assume it is not chemically the same as what I was taking.
