Among the mountainous regions of Indonesia, Sumatra is the largest producer of Indonesian coffee. Arabica coffee beans grown in the highlands of the island are harvested using a special technique that gives Arturo Rudolfo Sumatra Manhelding coffee its heavy body and low acidity.
As a Vienna Roast coffee, our Sumatra beans are roasted to a moderate dark brown, causing the beans to become more pungent and appear shiny. This dark roast boasts a smooth and savory taste with notes of baker’s chocolate and black pepper to tantalize the taste buds.
