One Week In
42 YO Male. Taking as recommended for a week now. The first day of taking, I withheld from eating any solid food and had only my normal coffee and a fruit smoothie. Usually a smoothie tends to make me hungrier within a few hours but I never got that typical sensation. Also felt much more energetic than I have recently. This energy has continued throughout the week. Obviously my natural body was missing something and these certainly appear to have remedied that.
